Jody Lemoi returned to his alma mater as the Athletics Business Manager at Western New England University in May 2013, and was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director in February 2015. Lemoi assumed the role of Associate Athletic Director in July 2018.
Lemoi is responsible for overall budget planning and forecasting, NCAA and EADA reporting, planning and organizing the financing of special projects and grant writing, and oversight of the day-to-day financial operations of the athletic department.
Lemoi returned to Western New England after spending three years as a Registered Client Service Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was in charge of client relationship management, day-to-day operations of client interactions, while also assisting in business acquisition, client financial reviews and product cross selling. Prior to his time at Wells Fargo, Lemoi was the Director of Operations for Frank Newhall Look Memorial Park in Florence, Mass. from 2005-10. He also held the role of Treasurer at the Dakin Humane Society, serving on the Board of Directors from 2010-13.
Lemoi, who served as a graduate assistant football coach/athletic administrator at Western New England after graduating, went on to secure the prestigious Asa S. Bushnell internship with the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC), where he was in charge of the administration, selection, and management of all NCAA Division I, II, and III end-of-season championships as well as team and individual championships.
A 2002 graduate of Western New England University, Lemoi earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Sport Management and was a four-year member of the Golden Bear football program, serving as team captain during his senior season in 2001. He also received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Western New England in 2004.
Lemoi and his wife Kristen currently reside in Westfield, Mass. with their daughter, McKenna Grace.
