SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (March 4, 2019) – Three members of the Western New England University men's lacrosse team were recognized when the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) announced its weekly award winners on Monday afternoon.

Senior Hunter Cocks (Walden, N.Y.) was named the CCC Specialist of the Week, while junior goalkeeper Sean McCusker (Northport, N.Y.) earned Defensive Player of the Week honors and freshman attackman Mike Bannon (Edmond, Okla.) received his second straight Rookie of the Week award.

The trio of Cocks, McCusker and Bannon helped lead Western New England to a 17-9 victory over Keene State at Golden Bear Stadium on Thursday night.
