WNE Recreation will be providing group fitness opportunities for the WNE population throughout the semester. Group fitness classes will be available to all WNE students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Equipment will be provided by the department, but participants are highly encouraged to bring their own personal equipment including yoga mats.
Group fitness classes will take place in either the Aerobics Room or the Functional Training Room. Both of these rooms are located in the front of the building, to the right of the circulation desk. All participants looking for classes may consult with our staff for any assistance.
The group fitness schedule consists of the following classes:
Spring 2024
Mondays at 7:00 AM: Yoga with Noel
Mondays at 5:00 PM: Yoga with Noel
Tuesdays at 7:00 AM: Cycling with Brooke
Tuesdays at 5:00 PM: Zumba with Lynn
Wednesdays at 7:00 AM: Yoga with Billy
Wednesdays at 5:00 PM: Yoga with Iman
Thursdays at 7:00 AM: Zumba with Lynn
