2025 (Senior Year): Ran in all eight races for the second straight season... ran five races sub-28:00 to beat out his previous personal best... finished the year with a 27:09 at the Keene State Invitational  for a new personal best... took second overall at the Elms College Invitational (9/13)...

2024 (Junior Year): Participated in all eight races for the blue and gold during the year... ran a season low 29:30 at the Keene State Invitational (10/5)... finished in fourth place at the Elms College Invitational (9/14)... named to the Conference of New England Community Service Team...

2023 (Sophomore Year): Ran in seven of eight meets for the Golden Bears during the year.. raced to a 28:55 in the Western New England Invitational (10/14) for his lowest finish of the year... also ran a 17:56 at the Keene State Alumni Meet (9/2)... 

2022 (First Year): Raced in all 8 meets for the Golden Bears this season... ran the 5k race in 17:16.00 and had a best time on the season of 28:39.67... got 4th place at the Elms College Invitational...

Prior to WNE: A four-year runner competing in cross country and track and field... 3rd Team All-Division Cross Country 2021... Academic All-State for Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Track at St. Raphael Academy...
