Biography

2024 (Graduate Year): Broke the WNE men's cross country 8k race record with a 26:45 run at the Western New England Invitational, doing so on his home soil.. now holds the top three runs all-time in program history, including a personal best of 26:31 at the NCAA Mid-East Regional, his final race of his career in blue and gold... has nine of the top 25 races in WNE men's cross country history... 

2023 (Senior Year): Began breaking into the top-25 of the Western New England men's cross country record books with his 27:42 8k run at the NCAA Mid-East Regional Run (11/11)... had a season best 27:27 run in the Western New England Invitational (10/14)... 

2022 (Junior Year): Raced in all 8 meets that the Golden Bears competed in this season... posted a 5k season-best time of 16:41.00 and an 8k season-best time of 27:40.8... placed 9th at the Keene State race, 6th at the home invitational, and 2nd at the Elms College Invitational... 

2021 (Sophomore Year): Ran in all eight races during the season for the Golden Bears... ran a season best 17:26 5k race to begin his collegiate career at the Keene State Invitational (9/4)... took home a 27:35 in the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational (9/18), his fastest race of the season... took 20th place overall in the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships... 

2020 (First Year): Did not run in any races during the season due to COVID-19 concerns...

Prior to WNE: 2020 graduate of Monson High School, where he ran cross country and track & field, and played three years of basketball as well as two years of soccer...All-Western Mass second team for cross country...
