2024 (Senior Year): Ran in seven meets for Western New England during the season... ran a 34:11 at the Steven A. Warde Invitational (9/7), finishing in 24th place... ran a 32:33 at the Conference of New England Championships, his lowest 8k run of the season (11/2)... 

2023 (Junior Year): Opened the season with an 18:23 finish in the Keene State Alumni Meet, finishing in 39th place... ran a season best 30:19 in the 8k at the NCAA Mid-East Regional at Stanley Park...

2022 (Sophomore Year): Raced in all 8 meets for the Golden Bears... put up a season best time of 17:43.90 in the 5k race and also got an 8k season best time of 29:29.9... snagged 5th place at the Elms College Invitational..

2021 (First Year): Opened the season with a 49th place finish at the Keene State Alumni Meet, racing the 5k in 18:04.. finished the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational in 29:26, his best 8k time for the season... made the NCAA New England Regional in his first year at WNE, running in 31:05...

Prior to WNE: Ran indoor and outdoor Track & Field, and Cross country at Middleton High... Won CCC south title for XC in 2019 and 2021... Won CCC south title for Outdoor Track & Field in 2018,19, and 21
