2023 (Sophomore Year): Took part in all eight races for the Golden Beard during the season... ran a best 18:05 at the Keene State College Alumni Meet in a 5k race for the season... shaved off nearly two minutes of his personal best 8k time, running a 29:28 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational (9/17)... participated in the NCAA Mid-East Regional, running a 29:39, finishing 135th overall...Â
