High School: 2013 graduate of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School, earning 11 letters in three sports: soccer (4), softball (4) and basketball (3)... captained all three sports...All-Mid Hudson Athletic League Academic athlete...played club soccer for the Poughkeepsie Hot Shots...also won a state cup with the Hot Shots.

Personal: Born Samantha Jean Emmert on Jan. 14, 1995, in Syracuse, N.Y....parents are Michele and Paul...brother, William...Favorites: movie--The Notebook; athlete--Mia Hamm; food--salad... biology major...also a member of the women's soccer team at WNE.
