Western New England University

Katelyn Vazquez joins the Western New England women's basketball coaching staff in 2024-2025 after an impactful three-year stint at the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) on the women's basketball team. During her time with the Blue Jays, Vazquez appeared in 24 games, making three starts and accumulating a total of 88 career points. A standout performance came during her sophomore season when Vazquez scored a career-high 17 points in a Great Northeast Conference (GNAC) matchup against Lasell University.

Vazquez earned an undergraduate degree in Sport Management, Physical Education Teaching, and Coaching from USJ in 2023. Vazquez is currently pursuing a master's degree in Project Management from the same institution, with an anticipated graduation date of 2025.
