SPRINGFIELD, Mass. â€" Sophomore guard Jenny Muller (Andover, MA) scored a game high 21 points to lead visiting Amherst College to an easy 69-43 win over Western New England College in a non-conference game.

WNEC looked sharp in the early going taking a 10-4 lead at the 14:30 mark and a 12-8 advantage before the roof caved-in.

The Jeffs went on a 24-7 run for a 32-19 lead following Muller's lay-up with 3:52 left in the half. Amherst (8-3) continued its strong play for a 41-24 half-time lead.

Junior center Lisa Masella (Newtown, MA) paced the Golden Bears (3-4) with nine points and seven rebounds.
