NEW LONDON, N.H. - Western New England College found the going tough in dropping a 3-0 decision at Colby-Sawyer in a The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) women's volleyball match Wednesday evening (Oct. 10).

The game scores were 30-19, 30-25, and 30-21.

Senior outside hitter Ashley O'Keefe (South Dennis, MA) led the Golden Bears with 16 kills while junior libero Lizzie Manor (Black River, NY) had 20 digs. Freshman setter Katharina Boes (Buffalo Grove, IL) contributed 25 assists.

Western New England College now has a 16-7 record and is sixth in TCCC with a 3-4 mark.

Colby-Sawyer is 17-2 overall and tied for the conference lead with Endicott with a perfect 6-0 slate.
