The Golden Bears fall to 7-4 overall and 4-2 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC).
The Hawks improve to 10-6 and remain in first place in the league with a 5-0 mark.
Senior Alex Boutin (Bristol, CT) dropped his No. 1 singles match 7-5, 6-2 while sophomore Brian Relihan (Orange, CT) split a pair of sets before bowing in the tie-breaker.
Relihan and sophomore Mike Jones (Stone Ridge, NY) fell 9-8 at the No. 1 doubles flight.
