SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Western New England College women's volleyball team remained undefeated in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) after blanking Anna Maria 3-0 Wednesday evening (Sept. 29) in the Alumni Healthful Living Center (AHLC).

The game scores were 25-11, 25-12, and 25-12.

Senior middle blocker Lauren Landri (New Canaan, CT) led the Golden Bears with seven kills while senior libero Marci Egbert (Wayne, NJ) contributed 13 digs.

Senior setter Katharina Boes (Buffalo Grove, IL) chipped-in with seven service aces and 25 assists.

Anna Maria freshman libero Amanda Glennon (Wollaston, MA) had 10 digs. Junior defensive specialist Marie Barral (Worcester, MA) and sophomore outside hitter Melissa Stedman (Mason, NH) each added seven digs.

Western New England College has won five of its last six matches to improve its record to 7-9 overall. The Golden Bears are 3-0 in the conference.

The AMCATS drop to 5-9 and 0-4 in the league.
