Mike Kaselouskas (East Longmeadow, MA) scored the game-winner with just 1:07 remaining in overtime to lead Western New England to a 2-1 win over Framingham State in a non-conference contest on Thursday (Jan. 5) at Smead Arena.
The Golden Bears improve to 7-3 on the year; while the Rams slip to 1-7-2 overall.
The Rams opened the scoring with the lone goal of the opening period at 10:25 as freshman forward

After a scoreless third period which saw each team put ten shots on net, the Golden Bears held a 6-2 edge in shots in the overtime session.

The Golden Bears return to action on Saturday (Jan. 7) as they travel to Connecticut College for a 3:00 p.m. non-league game.
