Softball Puts Scare into No. 9-Ranked Plattsburgh State after Blanking Macalaster

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 CLERMONT, Fla.--The Western New England University softball squad earned a 3-0 win over Macalaster College to begin Monday's play at the National Training Center before giving nationally No. 9-ranked Plattsburgh State all it could handle in a 1-0 defeat. The Golden Bears are 2-4 after their third day beginning the season in Central Florida.
