Lauren Sell (Milford, Conn.) earned wins at both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles, but Western New England University fell to St. Ambrose University, 7-2, this afternoon at Red Bug Lake Park in Casselberry, Fla.

Joeanna Glantz (Agawam, Mass.) posted an 8-3 victory over Griffin Rasche/Sammy Carr, giving the Golden Bears their lone doubles triumph of the afternoon. The Fighting Bees recorded wins at both No. 2 and No. 3 doubles, as Sarah Wurster/Anne Bohnert topped sophomore
Christina D'Agostino (Bohemia, N.Y.) and senior
Kelly Byrnes (Berlin, Conn.), 8-5, and Mary Alice Oswalt/Alex Horton defeated sophomores
Alice Mathews (Scarborough, Maine) and
Jessica Breitweg (Bohemia, N.Y.), 8-6.
Sell was also victorious at the top of Western New England's singles lineup, earning a hard fought 6-4, 7-6 (7-2) result over Rasche. Glantz fell to Oswalt, 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2, while Bohnert edged D'Agostino 1-6, 7-5 (10-3) at No. 3.
Western New England (7-6) wraps up its spring break trip tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. against Illinois Wesleyan at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
