Keene, N.H. (September 30, 2023) - The Golden Bears headed to Keene, New Hampshire, for their second event of the year. They rolled into Keene Country Club and saw two golfers shoot a score of 80 or lower. That would lead to the team leaving the invitational tied for second place.

How it Happened:
The Golden Bears' Men's Golf team visited Keene State for the Keene State Invitational. The invitational was one round of golf and saw seven teams participate. WNE's top golfer of the day was Robbie DeFeo, who shot a 78 and was tied for the second-best round of golf for the invitational. Jeremy Burke shot a round of 80 and was tied for the fourth-best round of golf at the invitational. Burke was followed by Dylan Fortunato, who shot a round of 84, and Michael Bluhm, who shot a round of 88. Ryan Schlehuber was next with a round of 97. The Golden Bears would put together a total final score of 330 and finish in second place at the invitational.
