Baltic, Conn. (April 20, 2024) – The Golden Bears traveled to Baltic, Connecticut, and the Mohegan Sun Golf Club for a tri-match with Albertus Magnus and SUNY Old Westbury. The Golden Bears were led by Jeremy Burke, who recorded a score of 77. That was tied for the best round of the day with David Seo of SUNY Old Westbury. The Golden Bears finished with a team score of 326 to finish third.

The Golden Bears played their rounds at Mohegan Sun Golf Club on Saturday. Jeremy Burke would lead the Golden Bears on the day with a final score of 77. Burke went out with a score of 37 and came back with a score of 40. Robert DeFeo was the next-best score for the Golden Bears. DeFeo also shot under 80 on the day with a score of 79, which earned DeFeo a tie for fourth place overall. DeFeo shot a 38 on the front nine and a 41 on the back nine. Ryan Schlehuber had the next-best score for the Golden Bears, with a round of 82. Schlehuber shot a 43 on the front nine and then shot a 39 on the back. Dylan Fortunato would be next for the Golden Bears, with a score of 88. Fortunato would go out shooting a 45 and come back shooting a 43. Then, Michael Bluhm shot a 90. Bluhm shot the same score on both the front and the back by shooting a 45 for each nine. The Golden Bears accumulated a final score of 326, which placed them third in the tri-match.
