From there, Endicott would blow open the game, scoring six goals in the quarter while allowing just one for Western New England, taking a 9-1 lead at halftime. The Gulls took eight shots on goal in the second quarter, seeing Riley Franzo make two saves.

Endicott would continue to find an offensive spark in the contest, giving the Gulls a 14-2 lead after three quarters. EC took the shots advantage in the third quarter, 9-5.
