2018 (Junior Year): Selected as All-Region First Team by ABCA and D3baseball...CCC Pitcher of the Year...COSIDA Academic All-District Team selection.. Went 7-0 in all seven starts and four complete games... registered four saves...collected 53 strikeouts and registered the lowest ERA in the nation at 0.95. 
2017 (Sophomore Year): Made 9 starts and one relief appearance for a 7-2 record...recorded 49 strikeouts and held a 2.2 ERA in 57.0 innings pitched...pitched five complete games...Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Pitcher of the Week (Mar. 20)...All-Academic CCC.

2016 (Freshman Year): ECAC Rookie of the Year...All-NEIBA Third Team...CCC Rookie of the Year...All-CCC Second Team...appeared in 8 games with a 7-1 record...1.88 ERA and 37 strikeouts in 52.2 innings pitched....pitched three complete games. 

High School: 2015 graduate of Southwick-Tolland Regional High School, where he played three years of golf and four years of baseball served as baseball team captain as a senior in 2015 3x All-League selection.

Personal: Born June 11, 1997 to Lorna and Roger Hamel has a brother, Michael Favorites: Movie - Good Will Hunting; Actor - Chris Hemsworth; Pro Team - Boston Red Sox; Athlete - Clayton Kershaw; Food - Steak; Musical Artist - Luke Bryan; City - Cold Springs majoring in engineering.
