Biography

2015 (Junior Year): Appeared in 32 games, hitting .152 with five doubles, seven RBI, ten runs scored and 13 walks...singled in a 9-2 win over Bowdoin (3/19)...went 2-for-4 with two doubles, one RBI and a run in an 8-3 win at Suffolk (3/31)...had four hits over the final five games of the season, including a 2-for-3 effort with a walk, one RBI and two runs in an 11-2 win over Babson (4/27). 

2014 (Sophomore Year): Appeared in 22 games, hitting .293 with five doubles, five RBI, 13 runs and 14 walks...ranked 10th in CCC in HBP (10)...had career-highs in most statistical categories....494 on-base percentage would have led the team if he had the minimum at-bats required for CCC ranking...posted two hits in each of the last two games of the conference championship tournament, scoring seven times in five overall...recorded five two-hit games on the season.

2013 (Freshman Year): Started in 11 of 29 games played had a six-game hitting streak from April 19 to May 4, going .388 with three runs batted in during that stretch...went 1-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch and a RBI in his Golden Bears debut on March 17 against Rutgers-Camden at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational...drove in nine runs which was second among rookies on the squad.

High School: Lettered four times in baseball at Bristol Central made all-Eastern Connecticut Conference South Division twice...two-time all-state selection...member of a select team during both his junior and senior years helped BCHS to four state tournaments played in two all-star games played summer baseball for Team Connecticut and Dream Bat...also earned one football letter and two in basketball... graduated in 2012.

Personal: Born Timothy John Wyrebek on May 26, 1994 in Bristol, Conn. parents are Lori and Tom brother's name is Bryan...Favorites: TV shows--Unguarded with Rachel Nichols and Thirty for 30 series on ESPN; actor--Kevin Hart; pro team--Boston Red Sox of MLB; athlete--Nate Robinson; food--cheeseburger; place--Salt Lake City, Utah...sport management major.
