Biography

2017 (Senior Year): Appeared in one game. 

2015 (Junior Year): Saw action in two games…recorded a pair of shots in Western New England’s 7-1 win at Wheelock (9/1)…also played in the Golden Bears’ 3-0 win over Clark (9/12).

2014 (Sophomore Year): Appeared in all 19 games, making 18 starts for the Golden Bears…ranked fourth on the team with 15 points on six goals and three assists…scored in Western New England’s 3-2 loss at Clark (9/13)…registered 11 points over a three-game stretch from 10/21-10/25…had a goal and an assist in a 3-2 win at Roger Williams (10/21)…recorded a hat trick in a 7-5 win over Nichols (10/25).

2013 (Freshman Year): Joined the Golden Bears after the start of the season, making her WNE debut on Sep. 14 at Mount Holyoke...made a defensive save against Smith on Oct. 10...had one shot each versus Salve Regina (Oct. 8) and Endicott (Nov. 2).

High School: Received 11 letters in four sports--field hockey (3), basketball (3), lacrosse (2) and crew (3)--at Lowell...field hockey team captain...was a junior varsity basketball team most valuable player and earned a sportsmanship award...graduated in 2013.

Personal: Born on Sep. 11, 1994 in Lowell...daughter of Luz Mejia and Jairo D. Naranjo...wants to join the military after graduation...had a summer job working for the Spindle City Corps, which was charged to beautifying the City of Lowell...siblings are Edisson Naranjo-Mejia, Jairo Naranjo and Fabian Naranjo... mechanical engineering major.
