Biography

2016 (Junior Year): Appeared in 12 games with one start, recording six ground balls. 

2015 (Sophomore Year): All-CCC second team selection after starting 19 of the 20 games that he appeared in, totaling 16 ground balls and nine caused turnovers...posted a season-high three ground balls at Curry (4/11) and again against Marywood (5/9) in the ECAC Championship. 

2014 (Freshman Year): Appeared in 16 games (11 starts), registering 15 ground balls and nine caused turnovers during his freshman campaign...All-CCC honorable mention selection...made his collegiate debut at Springfield (3/8).

High School: Played lacrosse and football at West Islip...football team captain...graduated in 2013.

Personal: Born on Dec. 4, 1994 in West Islip, N.Y. son of Wendy and Dominick Barcia sisters are ToniMarie and Nicole Favorites: actor--Will Smith; pro team--New York Jets of the NFL; food--pizza majoring in industrial engineering.
