Entering this Season: Adds depth on defense...two-year letterwinner who emerged as a first-time starter last fall...

2013 (Sophomore Year): Saw more playing time by earning 14 starts...received the WNE most improved player award while appearing in a career-high 14 contests after coming off the bench last season...produced her first career defensive save in the Aug. 31 opener versus visiting Keene State College.

2012 (Freshman Year): Made Golden Bears debut on Sep. 1 in the team's season opener at Keene State...was one of 11 freshmen on the squad.

What I Like Best About WNE: "The small campus setting. The marketing classes are good, too."

High School: Two-year field hockey letterwinner at Cony...captained the freshman team...All-Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference honorable mention pick in 2010...also lettered twice in lacrosse and once during the 2009 indoor track season...graduated in 2012.

Personal: Born Kaitlyn Chantal Labbe on March 15, 1994, in Augusta, Maine...parents are Michael and Brandy...Favorites: TV show--Golden Girls; pro team--NFL's New England Patriots; food--pasta; city--San Francisco...worked at a summer camp...majoring in marketing communications/advertising.
