2013-14 (Junior Year): Appeared in 20 games while scoring five goals and adding four assists for a total of nine points...four goals came on the power play...four assists tied a career high, set in 2012-13...named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference Northeast All-Academic Team for the second consecutive season... led the squad with three game-winning tallies.

2012-13 (Sophomore Year): Missed only two of WNE's 26 games scored six goals and had four assists for a total of 10 points doubled his offensive production from his freshman season earned the coaches’ vote for WNE co-most improved player...Academic All-ECAC Northeast received credit for a game-winning goal in a 7-5 ECAC Northeast win against Becker (Jan. 31).

2011-12 (Freshman Year): Third among Golden Bears' freshmen in scoring with five points...credited with a game-winning goal in WNE's first victory of the season against Johnson & Wales, 5-2, on Nov. 10 in the first round of the Pepperidge Farm Tournament in Worcester...made the University's Dean's List...inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society for achieving at least a 3.5 grade-point average and ranking in the top-20 percent of his class during his first academic year.

Before Western New England: Last club team played for was the Springfield Pics from the Eastern Junior Hockey League...graduated from Greenfield High School in 2010.

Personal: Born Matthew Wayne Dore on Nov. 21, 1991 in Greenfield, Mass....son of Ann Shea and Mark Dore...wants to be a Marine Corps fighter pilot after graduation...majoring in electrical engineering.
