Lauren Sullivan joined the Golden Bear staff as the team’s Goalie Coach prior to the 2022-2023 season.

Prior to WNE: Sullivan (formerly “Slebodnick”) is a 2014 graduate of Cornell University and remains the Big Red’s all-time wins leader in net with 68 victories. Her 18 shutouts sit second most in history, her 1.65 GAA is good for third in the record books, and her .924 save percentage sits fourth all-time. During her time, Sullivan was a part of four NCAA Tournament appearances, won three ECAC Tournament Championships, three Ivy League Championships, and three ECAC Regular Season titles. Sullivan was also an alternate for the U.S. Women’s Olympic team in 2014. After Cornell, Sullivan played two years of professional hockey for the Boston Pride (2015–2017) and won the inaugural Isobel Cup in 2016. Sullivan is a native of Manchester, New Hampshire, and holds an undergraduate degree in biology and society from Cornell University as well as a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Bay Path University.
