Biography
Entering the Season: Two-sport (softball) student-athlete at WNE...one of four seniors on the roster...three-year letterwinner...returning part-time starter...had breakout year last fall.
2013 (Junior Year): Started in almost half of the team's 34 matches...turned in a career year that included career highs of 152 kills, 442 attack attempts and 31 total blocks...she had 75 kills in the previous two seasons combined...named to the Academic All-Commonwealth Coast Conference Team...saved her best week for the Eastern College Athletic Conference New England Tournament, recording 10 kills apiece in the semifinals and finals...hit .429 (with just one error in 21 attempts) against CCC rival Endicott in the semifinals, followed up with 10 kills, .261 hitting and four blocks to help WNE beat Smith in the championship.
2012 (Sophomore Year): Academic All-CCC...contributed 10 service aces, 18 total blocks and 66 digs in 42 sets played...had one of her best matches of her career on Oct. 2 at Wentworth: 8 kills with a .438 attack percentage in 16 attempts...had a season-best 14 digs in a 3-1 loss at Babson (Oct. 6).
2011 (Freshman Year): Appeared in 55 sets, with 54 kills and 77 digs...inducted to the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, recognizing freshmen with academic excellence.

High School: Earned 12 letters in three sports--volleyball (4), basketball (4) and softball (4)--at Winnisquam Regional...served as a team captain of all three sports during her senior season...named to the All-New Hampshire Volleyball Team and was the 2010 Division III Player of the Year.
Personal: Born Carolyn Elizabeth Hajdusek on March 23, 1993...daughter of Lisa Martin and Ed Hajdusek (deceased)...has a sister, Alysha, and brother, Joe...Favorites: movie-Peter Pan; TV show-NCIS; actor-Liam Neeson; pro team-NBA's Boston Celtics; athlete-Ray Allen; food-watermelon; musical group-Sugarland; city-Boston...majoring in electrical engineering.
