Senior Kristin Thornton (Bedford, NH) added a goal and assist for the Golden Bears who advanced to the tournament championship match for the eighth consecutive year.

This was a re-match of last year’s GNAC Tournament championship match won by Johnson & Wales 1-0.
Senior Katie Cherecwich(Howell, NJ) had both the goals for the Wildcats who finish their season with a 9-9-2 record.
The Golden Bears (10-7-2) will meet either seventh-seeded Simmons or third-seeded Saint Joseph (Connecticut) in the title game match on Saturday. Those two squads face one another on Wednesday (Nov. 1) in West Hartford, Connecticut.
