NORTHAMPTON, Mass. - Junior attack player Jess Vogel(Tonawanda, NY) and sophomore midfielder Kayte Devine (New Fairfield, CT) each scored four goals as the Western New England College posted a convincing 15-6 victory over Smith College in a non-conference game Thrusday. Devine also added two assists while Vogel had one.

Sophomore midfielder Kaitlin Zangle (Wingdale, NY) contributed two goals while freshman attacker Michelle Dolan-Hardcastle (Springfield, MA) had a goal and two assists for the Golden Bears who raised their record to 8-4. Sophomore  attack player Julianna Mulroy (Wellesley, MA) chipped inwith a goal and assist.

Western New England College led 6-1 at half-time and 9-5 with 17:37 left in the game before the Golden Bears' defense shut down the Pioneers who netted their final goal with only 12 seconds remaining.
