BEVERLY, Mass. - The Western New England College field hockey team couldn't get its offense going in suffering a 6-0 loss to Endicott Tuesday afternoon (Oct. 14).

The Golden Bears (1-12) managed only two shots (one in each half) in falling to 1-4 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC).

The Gulls (13-6) finished with 31 shots and scored three times in each stanza to remain undefeated in the conference at 6-0.

Freshman Anna Giannoni (Granby, CT) netted the first two goals of the game while junior Megan McBridge (Saugus, MA) also scored twice.

For Western New England College, freshman goalie Lindsey Orszulak (Longmeadow, MA) compiled 13 saves.
