Shawn Shand (Keene, NH) knocked in the game-winner with 2:02 remaining in the second overtime period to lift Keene State to a 2-1 victory over Western New England College in a non-league men's soccer match Sunday afternoon (Oct. 18).
The Owls upped their record to 9-6 while the Golden Bears drop to 10-5-2 after having their seven-game undefeated streak ended. WNEC was 7-0-2 and didn't allow a goal during the stretch.
