Curry (11-7) held a 7-4 advantage at halftime and also out shot the Golden Bears 27-9.
In the last five minutes in the second half, sophomore midfielder Kelly Champagne (Wolfeboro, NH) netted her only two goals of the contest, which proved to be the game winner, to give Curry an 11-9 lead.
Western New England College (10-7) threatened with 2:40 to go as senior midfielder
Lindsey Fenton (Pelham, MA) scored her third goal of the afternoon, but the Colonels held possession until time expired.
Junior midfielder Ashley Hansbury (Chelmsford, MA) and senior midfielder Colleen Arnold (Arlington, MA) each had two goals for Curry.

Jeanmarie Barbato (Huntington Station, NY) led with three goals and an assist for the Golden Bears.
