BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott women's soccer team scored a pair of second-half goals for a 2-0 victory over Western New England College Saturday afternoon (Sept. 19).

The Gulls improve their record to 4-3 overall and 2-0 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC). The Golden Bears fall to1-5 and 0-2 in the conference.

Sophomore Colleen Pepin (Fairhaven, MA) broke the scoreless tie with a goal in the 59th minute as freshman Caitlin Peters (Salem, NH) gained the assist.

Endicott tacked on an insurance goal when senior Caitlin Flynn (Southold, NY) netted an unassisted score with 1:08 left in the contest.

Sopomore goalkeeper Elise Berry (Londonderry, NH) compiled three saves for EC while senior Jessica Covino (Bristol, CT) stopped five shots for Western New England College.

Endicott held a 10-5 advantage in shots and both teams had two corner kicks.
