Lindsey Fenton (Pelham, MA) netted six goals and had an assist in becoming the school's all-time scoring leader as the Western New England College women's lacrosse team defeated visiting Nichols 22-5 Wednesday afternoon (Apr. 7).
The Golden Bears, who evened their record at 5-5, are now 3-1 in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) while the Bison fall to 2-6 overall and 1-4 in the conference.
Fenton's seven points gave her 280 for her career, breaking the old mark of 275 previously set by
Shannon Pizzingrilli Romach from 2002-04.

Megan Doyle (Putnam Valley, NY) enjoyed a six-point outing with four goals and a pair of assists. Junior defender
Nicole Poli (Medfield, MA) added three goals and an assist.

Julianne Green (Brightwaters, NY) each contributed two goals and two assists.
Western New England College took an early 4-0 lead just 4:09 into the game and held a 13-4 advantage at intermission.
