SPRINGFIELD, Mass.

Senior attacker Jeanmarie Barbato (Huntington Station, NY) put an exclamation point on one of the best seasons in program history by scoring six goals with an assist as the top-seeded Golden Bears defeated second-seeded Curry 14-10 in the first-place game of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Championship Saturday afternoon (May 14).
