Box Score BEVERLEY, Mass. (October 9, 2021) – The Western New England field hockey team made the trip to conference foe Endicott College where the Golden Bears fell 3-0.

How It Happened:
The two teams were evenly matched in the first quarter with neither team able to score a goal in the first fifteen minutes of the game. Endicott outshot Western New England 7-2 in the first quarter and also earned four penalty corners to the Golden Bears' one. In the second quarter the Gulls converted and scored the first goal of the game just eight minutes into the second quarter to lead 1-0.
The Gulls continued their momentum into the second half keeping the ball on their offensive side for the majority of the second half. The Gulls recorded fifteen shots and generated eight penalty corners that resulted in two more goals for the Gulls. The Golden Bears were unable to score on any of their five penalty corners in the second half and fell 3-0 to Endicott.

- Zoey Wexler took the loss in net for the Golden Bears recording nine saves.
- The Golden Bears earned 16 shots and 10 penalty corners in the game.
