KEENE, N.H. (October 4, 2025) – WNE traveled to Keene, New Hampshire, for the KSC Invitational on Saturday. The team saw some phenomenal results, including two more top-ten times in WNE Men's Cross Country history, two top-25 times in WNE Women's Cross Country history, and many more best times.

Women's Team: 20th/26
Men's Team: 16th/26
How it Happened:
Men's 8k Race:
- The men ran in the first race of the day. It was the 8,000m race.
- Nicholas Smith ran a career-best time of 27:03.10 during the race in Keene, New Hampshire. Smith's time placed Smith 6th on the all-time 8k record board for WNE Men's Cross Country.
- Joshua Farrell followed Smith with a career-best time of 27:09.50. That time placed Farrell 9th all-time on the record board for Men's Cross Country 8k times.
- Lucas Franco placed third for WNE with a time of 27:55.10. That time was a career-best for Franco.
- Pablo Tapion was after Franco with a season-best time of 28:36.30.
- Then, John Bieszcad would finish the race with a season-best time of 28.40.30.
- WNE would place 16th out of 26 scoring teams in the race.
Women's 6k Race:
- The women's team ran in the 6k race at the KSC Invitational on Saturday.
- Olivia Kay was the first to run through the finish line with a career-best time of 24:36.60. That time places Kay 12th in Women's Cross Country program history for the 6k race.
- Nina Garofalo followed Kay to a career-best time of 24:57.80. That time is now the 21st-fastest time in Women's Cross Country program history for the 6k race.
- Lia Pouliot was the next Golden Bear to place in the race. It was a season-best time of 25:39.30 for Pouliot.
- Lauren Vossler placed fourth for WNE with a season-best time of 27:50.90.
- Alyssa Clemence placed fifth for WNE, earning a season-best time of 29:46.70.
- The women's cross country program finished in 20th place out of 26 scoring teams.
