Coach's Corner:
Coach
John Klepacki was asked for a comment after a tough loss to open the season, despite showing fight in the end. "I think the guys played a nationally ranked team to open up, and I think we competed and ran our sets. I think there is a couple moments that we had that we'd like back. Overall, I thought the effort was strong. I think we are starting to play together, and I think positive things are looking to happen. I think we had a little bit of a run there in the second half of putting some pieces together, and now we just gotta make that happen a little bit earlier in the game and maybe a little more often," Klepacki stated.
Up Next on the Schedule:
- WNE returns to Golden Bear Stadium on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM for their annual showdown with Keene State College.
