SPRINGFIELD, Mass. â€" Sophomore Cara Hebert (Bennington, VT) picked a great time to score her first collegiate goal.

Her score with 32:38 remaining in the contest was the game winner in Western New England College's 2-1 victory over Lasell College in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC).

Junior Alyssa Katz (Cortlandt Manor, NY) gave the Golden Bears a 1-0 lead with her eighth goal of the season only 56 seconds into the contest. The Lasers scored at 14:36 to tie the contest 1-1 at halftime.

This was the fifth consecutive win for Western New England College who improved its record to 10-4 and 6-0 in the conference.
