WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. â€" Playing its second match in two days, Western New England College dropped a 5-1 decision to highly-regarded Williams College in a non-conference match.

The Ephs led 3-0 after the first half and upped their margin to 5-0 before the Golden Bears hit the board on a goal by sophomore Rob Ostrem (West Islip, NY). Senior Tom Murray (Dalton, MA) and sophomore Scott Bullis (Barre, VT) assisted on the play. Sophomore goalkeeper Chris Wilk (Derry, NH) finished with seven saves.

Western New England College is now 7-3-1.
