BEVERLY, Mass. - The Western New England College men's soccer team kept its home playoff hopes alive with a 1-0 overtime victory over host Endicott Saturday night (Oct. 20) in a The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) match.

Junior forward Dan Hare (Staatsburg, NY) drilled home the game-winner 6:29 into the extra session with an assist from classmate Dale Totman (Conway, MA).

Senior goalkeeper Steve Hennessey (Essex Junction, VT) finished with five saves for the Golden Bears while Cameron Twiss stopped 11 shots for the Gulls.

Western New England College has a 10-5-2 record and 8-2 conference mark with one match remaining (at Gordon Thursday) in the regular season.

Endicott falls to 1-11-3 and 1-8-2 in TCCC.
