WENHAM, Mass. - Gordon scored three times in each half in posting a 6-0 decision over visiting Western New England College in field hockey action Saturday afternoon (Oct. 11).

Sophomore Veronica Pierce (West Hartford, CT) scored both her goals in a 2:47 span early in the second half to break the contest open. Senior Abigail Walker (Portland, ME) contributed two assists.

Senior Chyanne Wilson (Pearl Rver, NY) compiled five saves for the hosts.

Western New England College freshman goalie Lindsey Orszulak (Longmeadow, MA) stopped 10 shots.

The Golden Bears drop to 1-11 overall and 1-3 in the conferebce.
