Western New England College three-match win streak ends with loss at Emerson

BOSTON, Mass. â€" Western New England Collegeâ€™s three-match win streak came to an end when Emerson posted a 5-2 victory in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) menâ€™s tennis opener for both squads Saturday at the Boston Athletic Club. Freshman Alex Boutin (Bristol, CT) and sophomore Jon Riter (Blue Bell, PA) capturedÂ their No. 4 singles and No. 6 singles matches, respectively for the Golden Bears who are now 4-2.
