Anderson broke his previous best of 12 strikeouts set on March 12, 2005 against Elms at the Port Charlotte Invitational in Florida.
The Golden Bears put the game away early by scoring six runs in the second inning and another run in the third before hitting the plate five more times in the sixth.
Sophomore shortstop Ryan Kravontka (Glastonbury, CT) had three hits, including a double, along with two runs and two RBI.
Junior third baseman Josh Jacobs (Essex Junction, VT) blasted a two-homer run (his third of the season) in the second inning.
Senior second baseman Jason Connelly (Scituate, MA) added a triple and three RBI for the Golden Bears who are now 15-5 overall and 5-1 in the conference.
