QUINCY, Mass. – Junior Jim Maples (Pleasant Valley, NY) scored in the first half and sophomore Justin Martins (Ludlow, MA) added an insurance goal in the second half to lead the Western New England College men's soccer team to a 2-0 victory over host Eastern Nazarene Saturday (Sept. 15).

The Golden Bears raised their record to 4-1-1 and stayed unbeaten in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) with a 2-0 mark.

Senior Mike Stewart (Springfield, MA) gained the assist on the opening score while junior Dale Totman (Conway, MA) earned the assist on the final goal.

Eastern Nazarene falls to 0-7 and 0-2 in the conference.
