HENNIKER, N.H. - In a game played in rain and sleet, the Western New England College women's lacrosse team defeated host New England College 19-10 Saturday afternoon (Apr. 17) to keep its home playoff hopes alive in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC).
The Golden Bears raised their record to 8-6 overall and 6-2 in the conference with three games left in the regular season.

Megan Doyle (Putnam Valley, NY) led the way with seven goals while sophomore attacker
Katie Toomy (Northborough, MA) added four goals and an assist.
