Matt LaMontagne and
Ben Caulfield have been named CCC Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Week, respectively.

Matt LaMontagne picks up his second CCC Offensive Rookie of the Week accolade after putting up a career-best 117 yards on the ground for the Golden Bears on eight attempts, rushing for one touchdown.
LaMontagne and the Golden Bears rushed for 590 yards on the afternoon in the 69-28 win over Nichols College, putting together a single-game program record of rushing yards in the win.
LaMontagne has rushed 28 times for 219 yards this season, scoring two touchdowns.
Ben Caulfield earns his second straight CCC Defensive Rookie of the Week after leading the Golden Bears in tackles in Saturday's win over Nichols.
Caulfield recorded a team-high five solo tackles and two assisted tackles, good for seven total tackles on the day.
Caulfield also recorded one tackle for loss and one breakup pass for the Golden Bears in the win.
Western New England improved to 3-1 in conference play and 6-3 overall on the season and has won three straight. WNE will travel to Curry College for their regular season finale on Saturday, November 11 at 12:00 p.m.
