SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (April 7, 2025) – The Conference of New England (CNE) office has announced their Athletes of the Week for this past week's performances. The women's 4x100m relay that competed at the Jim Sheehan Invitational in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, has been named the CNE Women's Track and Field Relay Team of the week.

The Golden Bears' women's 4x100m relay team on Saturday, April 5, 2025, earned CNE honors on Monday when it was announced that their second-place finish on Saturday earned them CNE Women's Outdoor Track and Field Relay Team of the Week. The relay team of Gabrielle Minuti, Fallon Lynch, Imani Brown-Taylor, and Kayla Kyles ran a time of 52.37 in the event to earn that second-place finish. That would earn the Women's Track and Field team eight points and help the team earn sixth place at the Jim Sheehan Invitational.

Minuti, Lynch, Brown-Taylor, Kyles, and the entire Women's Track and Field team will be back in action on Saturday, April 12, 2025, when the team travels to Westfield, Massachusetts for the Jerry Gravel Invitational, hosted by Westfield State University.
