WNEC returns to court with shutout over Emmanuel

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -Â The Western New England College women's tennis team played its first match in 16 daysÂ Monday and didn't miss a beatÂ blanking visiting Emmanuel College 9-0Â in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC)Â action. The Golden BearsÂ remain perfect with anÂ 11-0 record, including a 7-0 markÂ in the conference. This also wasÂ Western New England College'sÂ fifth consecutive shutout victory.
