MILTON, Mass. – Junior attacker Joe O'Keefe (Branford, CT) notched a goal and three assists and sophomore attacker Corrigan Harreys (Essex, CT) tallied a team-high three goals to lead Western New England to a 17-7 win over Curry in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) action on Friday (Mar.11) afternoon.

Western New England improves to 2-1 overall with a 2-0 mark in TCCC play. The Colonels level their record at 2-2 and are now 0-1 in conference play.

Freshman attacker Owen Caruso (Port Washington, NY) opened up the scoring for the Golden Bears, who rushed out to a 7-0 advantage. Caruso finished with a pair of goals and an assist in the contest.

Sophomore midfielder Joe Johnson (Boston, MA) also contributed multiple points with a goal and an assist.

Curry scored four straight goals to cut the deficit to 11-5, led by junior midfielder Russell Lanham (Silver Spring, MD) and freshman attacker Connor Arnold (Clifton Park, NY) who each recorded a pair of goals.

Western New England scored the next six goals to pull away, 17-5.

The Golden Bears return to action on Monday (Mar. 14) to take on Nazareth at Brien McMahan High School in Norwalk, CT at 4:00 p.m.
